Shipping Policy

At Wolf Knight Coffee, we keep shipping simple and transparent. All standard shipping fees are already included in the checkout price, so there are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.

Order Processing and Delivery

During normal shipping business, orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after processing and shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are included in the price shown at checkout. Customers will not be charged a separate standard shipping fee.

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping. This helps us avoid creating false expectations around delivery timing, especially when carrier delays or processing times may be outside of our control.

Orders are currently shipped within the continental United States only.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. Wolf Knight Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number so we can review the situation and help determine the next best step.
